Carved from gold

Carved from gold

I was never meant to fade in the dust,
My soul was molded in light and trust.
Stars knew my name before I came,
And whispered softly, “Shine the same.”

I’ve bent my fire to make it mild,
Dimmed my glow just to be styled.
But gold can’t rust, nor hearts that rise,
It only gleams through lows and highs.

They may mistake my calm for fear,
But silence speaks when truth is near.
A queen need not demand her throne,
Her aura rules—her grace alone.

I walk with faith, not noise or fame,
For crowns may fall, but not my flame.
I was carved from gold, from stories untold,
From courage, from peace, from a heart of old. 💫
