No Rain, No Flowers

Imagine yourself to be a flowering plant planted in a place where there’s no one to look out for you, there’s no one to water you, there’s no one to care if someone crushed you and no one gives a damn about you.

But you wish to be cared, you wish someone sees you with love even if it’s for a few seconds, you wish someone takes care of what you feel and would want to listen to your dreams and what you want to do and achieve in life, you wish someone really sees and makes sure that no one can crush you or put you down.

What are you gonna do? You can’t make someone do something, neither you should try. People must come to you naturally, only when they truly feel love for you, then only it’s gonna be something worthy, that is the kind of love you deserve.

Then there comes rain, heavy rain accompanied with thunders and lightning, water droplets almost the size of your petals splashing on your leaves and stems, hurting you. You can’t move from your place, you’re stuck there, frightened by the rumbling of thunder and thoughts of being hit by the lightning and getting burned to ashes. The soil around you is getting wet and loose. Sooner you may start loosing your hold on the ground .

Now you have two options. One, you give up, you put no effort on clinging to the ground a bit longer, sooner you will fall on the ground and then there’s no coming back. All your dreams and everything that you may have done will now never happen and you will regret it until you finally die.

Second option is that you decide not to give up, and put all your effort to hold on to ground and try to keep standing on your place. You are going to need massive strength from your inside, maybe all of it. You need to do more than you could. And if you could do that you will see the rain will stop. The thunder and the lightning will disappear and the sun will lighten up again.

Your Battles will make you stronger.

The soil will sooner be dry and you can now relax. Tough time has passed, and you have survived it like a true fighter and now it’s time for your reward. You will realize the rainwater has been soaked by the earth which now you can utilize for your growth and now you can finally grow flowers. And your world will change.

People will now come to see you, they will take pictures of you, they will gaze at you for moments and will applaud you. Butterflies come to you for food. Now you look great, you smell great, and you make this world a better place.

God never gives us a problem that we cannot solve. And no problem lasts forever.

You just need to be very honest with yourself and talk to yourself about your current situation, your surroundings, your physicality, your soil and most importantly your roots, because deeper and stronger you are rooted to ground, higher you are going to grow above the ground. Once you accept your current situations and become ready for worse, better things will eventually start happening for you.

Learn to soak up the rain water, because no rain no flowers.
